Looking after our team

Health & Safety

Here at OCL Facades we are committed to sustaining high health and safety standards throughout every aspect of our business.

The safety and health of our people is a top priority and intrinsic to our values. It is far more than 'our number one priority' and our track record speaks for itself.

We are committed to creating environments that are injury and incident free and have created a culture of returning everyone who works with us and for us home safely at the end of each working day.

To ensure we meet our health and safety commitments we directly employ our own very experienced, and qualified, Health and Safety manager.

Risk Assessments are carried out for all work activities, setting objectives for hazard reduction or elimination. We ensure that those carrying out duties on our behalf are adequately trained to enable them to understand their responsibilities and be 'competent' in their work. We will discipline those who fail to comply with their legal duties thereby undermining the integrity of our safety performance. It is the responsibility of the Directors to ensure that all persons are aware of their individual responsibilities under our health and safety policy. Our own Health & Safety manager will audit the implementation of our Safety Policy.

“Successful relationships in construction are based on the ability to understand and fulfill the technical and aesthetic needs of the customer. Working closely in partnership at early development stage, Sotech have assisted OCL Facades to consistently deliver high quality cladding installations to its residential project clients across London.”
